Modern Quality Control requires an innovative and high performing measurement technique which allows realising measurement tasks fast and easy independent from the measure lab.

The 3D Creator systems can be used in the goods entry area as well as in the shop floor on the machine or in the vehicles. The optical sensor technology is best suited for these tasks as it is quickly installed, there is no calibration effort necessary and with the free movable probe all measurements can be taken flexible and ergonomic in a large working range.

Additionally there is the option to use the 3D Creator Dual which has two synchronised sensor units for almost double the working space and to avoid several removing and new alignments.

One spezial solution for tube measuring and tube course design ist he 3D Creator with the Tube software TeZetCAD.

An additional variation is the 3D Creator RoboQs which allows combining the performance of 3D Navigation system like the 3D Creator with the features of an industrial robot. In this case also small numbers of parts in flexible small production series with high variances can be measured in an efficiently and inexpensive way.
