With the 3D Creator RoboQS the user gets an extremely flexible, fast and accurate 3D measure and inspection system, which can be used for different tasks within the production line. In an easy and fast manner the robot can be taught different tasks with the free movable probe, which the robot can realise with high frequency and very reliable. In addition the robot  movements can be controlled with the 3D Creator so all safety distances can be hold.

The 3D Creator Robot QS allows to measure efficiently and accurate small series of  products with a wide variance. This technology is fast and flexible enough in order to get integrated in various places within the production line. In such concepts the failures can be detected close to their origin and therefore by a short feedback loop corrected quickly and with less costs. The 3D Creator RoboQS combines high performing optical sensor technology with the speed, flexibility and reliability of an industrial robot.

The working range is flexible and depends on the type of 3D Creator and robot used. If there is a requirement for larger measuring volume this concept can also be realised with the 3D Creator Dual.

Additionally the active emitters used in the 3D Creator system can also be directly integrated on the robot arm or even in other places of a robot working cell in order to design specific robot systems.
