    In short, YOU do. It's a real bummer that this even has to be a question. You are paying a marketing agency to help grow YOUR business... why would they own your site?? Sometimes agencies will do this to make it harder for you to leave.

  • How do we measure success?

    There are 4 levels to this question. And the answer depends on how long you've been working with us, and what services you purchase from us. 


    #1 - Keyword Tracking: In our SEO packages, we are implementing backlinking and content strategies to rank your business #1 on Google. 

    As you've probably heard time and time again. SEO takes some time. Sometimes it takes 2-3 months, and other times it takes 6-12 months. 

    In the first few months, the best way to measure success is based on watching the progress of your ranking on Google. 


    #3 - Website Traffic: While this may seem like a "vanity" metric to many... the reality is that if you get people looking for your product or service to go to your website, you will generate leads (assuming the website is not garbage)


    #3 - Leads: With Google Ads, you'll get leads pretty much immedately. With SEO, you'll get leads once you are effectively ranking at the top of Google for a given search term. 


    #4 - Revenue: If you are at the top of Google (whether this is from running ads, or from SEO). You WILL generate leads. Assuming you have a good sales process, a percentage of those leads will turn into new customers. With our clients who've been working with us for an extended period of time - we are regularly discussing how our efforts have impacted revenue growth. These are our favorite conversations, because this is where lifelong relationships are formed. 

  • What does communication & reporting look like?

    Communication: We are more comitted to clear communication than almost any other marketing company out there. 

    All of our clients can text us, call us, email us, and if our clients want to - we do a monthly Zoom call. 


    Reporting: SEO clients get an in depth monthly report that outlines all the work that has been done, why it's been done, and how well it's working. 

    Google Ad clients get a performance report every week, as well as a monthly recap. 



  • Who is my main point of contact?

    Your main point of contact is ALWAYS going to be an expert who is based in the United States. 


    As of right now, your main point of contact is going to be one of the two owners of RevXperts. 

  • What are the timeframes and how flexible are they?

    Naturally, this depends on how competitive SEO is for your service in your area. With SEO, the timeline can be as short as 3 months and as long as 12 months. The typical range to rank a business #1 in a local market is 6-12 months. 


    However, with Google Ads, you will get results almost immediately. Keep this in mind when deciding what service is best for you. For companies who have the budget, it often makes sense to run Google ads while investing in SEO. This way you can pay for leads, while you wait to rank at the top of Google organically. 



  • What do you specifically do on a regular basis?

    Naturally, it depends. However, we are extremely transparent about this upfront. It's best to schedule a call with us, and we will tell you exactly how often we montior google ads, how many backlinks we add per month, how many keywords we track at a given time, etc. 

  • What do you do that’s different from competing solutions? Are you less or more expensive and why?

    The Difference: The main difference is that we have a deep understanding of the home service industry. Additionally, a lot of our current clients have told us they really like that we only specialize in Websites, Google Ads, and SEO. They appreciate that we only offer a select group of services that we've mastered. 


    The Cost: We have a variety of packages ranging from $1,500/mo - $15,000/mo. That's a BIG range (we know). This is because we work with $20M home service companies and we work with $1M companies; their needs can be very different. 


    Because we only work with a select number of clients at a given time, we tend to be on the more expensive side. But This allows us to put more time and energy into each and every one of our clients. However, we have a lot of clients that tell us they get better results with us than they did with larger and more expensive agencies.
